Basic needs
Some of my recent essential makeup/makeup products purchases. I really love each product mentioned here. Do give them a try if you'd like. I'd say they are all worth it!
Lancome Angled powder brush- First time buy. It's so beautiful. Sleek, glossy and so comfortable to use, the bristles are super super soft with a wonderful application. My new found love!
Lancome Hypnose Custom Volume Mascara- I have fairly long lashes so I need thicker, fuller lush lashes. This mascara does wonders! Favorite mascara at the moment
Lancôme 'Bi-Facil' Double-Action Eye Makeup Remover- Removes every inch of makeup. I've got very sensitive eyes and this product is absolutely wonderful. No sting, no burn, just clean goop free eyes!
Mac Select Sheer Pressed Powder- Have been using this for years, sometimes alternating with Clinique's stay-matte sheer pressed powder. The Mac pressed powder is light, smooth and gives me a perfect finish. I'm now keen on buying Mac MSF Natural.

Numero Diez!
As a new entrant in the blogging world I'm super happy to announce that I've reached 10 followers! D
I actually started this blog because I missed writing, something I used to do so often as an English major. But as each day progressed I realized how much I love reading other peoples blogs, getting and sharing information and basically just having a little online journal where I would be able to freely blog about all the things I love or feel for. To know that there are 10 people out there who actually like to read my rambles, it feels so great!
Just wanted to say a big thanks to all of you who felt my blog was nice enough to read and follow.
So before I end up giving a rendition of an Oscar inspired speech, I'd just like to say HAPPY BLOGGING and here's to more for all of us!!!

Mui Mui Bow Convertible Satchel (Mauve)
A beautiful, gorgeous dusky creamy rose color in a comfy classy style. I NEED this bag. Oh, I MUST have this bag. I would carefully take it out of it's packaging each day, give it the love and respect it deserves by wearing it everyday and bringing it back to a loved home where it's cleaned, comforted and meticulously placed back in it's packaged shelter ready to take on the world the next day. And the next. And the next!
Now don't I really DESERVE this beauty? :D

Mila Kunis 2011 SAG Awards
I absolutely loved how Mila Kunis looked at the 2011 SAG Awards. Such a gorgeous, flowy, crimson printed Alexander McQueen dress. Her hair and makeup were perfect for this look! I've been in love with her looks recently. So glamorous and beautiful!
I so want the McQueen dress...sigh!

Go Green
After indulging myself with far too many wedding goodies I got the other day, I tuned my radar back on health mode. I popped into Fabindia and bought myself some 'Tulsi Green Tea' I've been yearning for.

It's calming, soothing and slimming. Sure sounds good to me! :)
P.S. Now I love my chocolate and am liking my green tea, but tying the two together? What were they thinking? I'll pass....what about you Shrek?
